6. Withdrawals
6.1 Withdrawals will, where possible, be returned to the original payment method used for deposits.

6.3 Withdrawal requests are subject to verification checks, including identity confirmation.
6.4 We strive to process withdrawals promptly but accept no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

7. Account Inactivity
7.1 Accounts with no login activity for six (6) consecutive months will be deemed inactive.
7.2 Inactive Accounts may incur a monthly administrative fee deducted from the balance, with prior notification.
7.3 Accounts with zero balance may be closed after prolonged inactivity.
7.4 Dormant Accounts can be reactivated by contacting Customer Support.
